Devinee Maria Priscilla Pingul has been missing since December 2007. The then-17-year-old lived in Las Vegas, Nevada at the time of her disappearance. She was last seen leaving her home in the 1900 block of Falstaff Way. Devinee never returned home, and her whereabouts remain unknown to this day.
Most reports about Devinee's case state that she was seen getting into a black vehicle driven by a man known as "Dougie Fresh" on the day of her disappearance. There is not any publicly known information about this man; only that he went by this nickname. His real name and identity are unknown. It seems likely that witnesses were able to identify this man as "Dougie Fresh" but were unable to provide any other significant information.
Devinee was classified as a runaway after being reported missing. She remains under that classification today. Some reports state that she may have traveled to California, but it is unknown why this is a potential possibility. Very few additional details about Devinee's case are available.
There are also some discrepancies regarding the actual date of Devinee's disappearance. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's cold case record and an old NamUs record dating back to 2009 both state that Devinee was last seen on December 14th, 2007. However, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children lists Devinee's disappearance as December 31st, 2007, as do other sources such as Charley Project and The Doe Network. The reasons for this discrepancy are unknown.
Devinee's case has not received much attention from the media. There are very few news reports that mention Devinee's disappearance.
