The Disappearance of Arionna Parham

Arionna Parham (18) vanished shortly after leaving her home in Dickinson, Texas, on the morning of May 22nd, 2018. According to family members, that day began as a typical day for Arionna. She got up, got ready for school as usual, and then asked her older sister for a ride. Arionna’s sister told her that if she waited a little bit longer, she could get a ride. However, Arionna did not want to wait and left their home on foot instead.

Witnesses later stated that they saw Arionna getting into a black Nissan Altima that was driven by a man only known as “Nicco.” She never arrived at school and has never been seen or heard from again. While family members have stated that Arionna has run away before in the past, she has never left home without her medications and she has never been gone for this long. Additionally, Arionna left behind her cell phone, clothing, and other personal items--all of which indicate that she intended to return home the day she vanished.

There are unfortunately few details available in Arionna’s case. Her family members believe that “Nicco” is an older male who had been giving Arionna rides home from school in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. This person has never been publicly identified and it is unclear if police are aware of his identity.

Arionna remains missing today. The Dickinson Police Department is investigating. If you have any information that could lead to her whereabouts, please contact authorities at 281-337-4700.

UPDATE (May 2020): A man named Armando 'Nicco' Cruz has been identified as the man who picked Arionna up on the morning of her disappearance. Both Nicco and his brother Oscar Cruz are being investigated in Arionna's disappearance. Nicco has a criminal history including offenses related to drugs and sex trafficking. Additionally, his brother Oscar reportedly told a friend that he killed Arionna.

Arionna remains missing and police have still not made any arrests.
