Trina'ty Riley (18) and Kayden Johnson (2) were murdered at their St. Louis, Missouri home on April 30th, 2019. The mother and son were found deceased inside their Ferris Avenue residence shortly before midnight. Both Trina'ty and Kayden had been shot to death.
Neighbors of Trina'ty and Kayden reported hearing "multiple gunshots before hearing the screeching sound of a car speeding away." Said neighbors also stated that Trina'ty attempted to shield herself and her son by hiding in a closet. Unfortunately, they were both shot after being found by the killer.
In the early stages of the investigation, police appealed to the public for tips that could lead to a suspect. Details about the investigation have otherwise not been publicly revealed. What is known is that years have passed since Trina'ty and Kayden were killed, and arrest has still not been made.
The FBI is offering a monetary reward up to $25,000 for "information leading to the identification and arrest of the individual(s) responsible for the homicide of Trina'ty Riley and Kayden Johnson." If you have any information that could help the investigation, please submit a tip.
